Nymans in Advent.
What a gloomy day - felt like the deepest darkest day of winter - but we have 8 days to go until then.
I guess it was quite mild for December - but the grey has been depressing.
Yesterday was much brighter and we made the most of it by walking and lunching at Nymans.
In December Nymans has an advent "calendar".....a new model for each day of the season.
We shall have to return to see those waiting to be displayed.
Bacchus - pleasure.
Eat drink and be merry.
That was something we did yesterday evening with friends.
A Partridge in a Pear Tree.
A Christmas Bauble.
Yule Log.
Christmas Eve.
Frosty the Snowman......and family.
The Holly and the Ivy.
Christmas Pudding.
There is Nothing Like a Dame.........a pantomime dame.
I get to know the tin soldier.
I so look forward to meeting up with the figures and scenes not yet revealed.
