Normal husband

It was both a non day and a day of some significance.
It was a grey day and my energy felt dull too.
This afternoon, though, Bill was visited by the lifestyle nurse once again.
Gary (the nurse) had the results of Bill's recent blood tests.
The cholesterol level is low.
But that is not the only fatty substance that can float around blood vessels.
One of the fatty substances are the triglycerides.
Bill's levels are not high, but quite close to the top limit of normal.
Blood pressure levels are good.
He does have an irregular heartbeat.
The upshot of all this is that Bill is in good health, but that he would do himself a big favour by losing some weight.
Losing weight would help keep him in good health, heartwise.
So, we will see what can be done.
"But I don't eat very much"....I hear the cry!
"Come on, Bill"  I reply; a few small changes will make old age much easier to cope with.
For both of us.
