Natural Play Trail
A dry morning - though somewhat gloomy.
Time for washing to get dry and for Bill to cut the grass.
The weather forecast warned of afternoon rain, but we went out anyway.
We walked on Box Hill - in the deep dark woods.
We chose the Natural Play Trail. Lots of structures had been created to encourage play.
Young E ran across the field to experience the view.
I love hill tops too.
Olympic rings on the side of the hill.
Play for people of all ages.
The paths were very muddy.
Three generations.
The Broadwood's Tower.
Built by a member of the Broadwood, piano maker family.
I have not yet discovered if the tree grew inside the tower or if the tower was built round the tree.
It didn't rain - glad we went out.
