Krabi May 23rd. Beach and restaurant and us.

Today I have lots of photos of us all at Krabi. We stopped at a lovely bay whilst we waited for Smarmy Simon.
Maybe we should have spent a little longer there. It was quiet, with just a few shops and restaurants.
None of us like the hustle and bustle of the town - especially on a very hot day.
Though it was interesting that a cycle race was going on, finishing in the town of Krabi, close to where we had parked the car.

Cycle races do interest us of course - just off now to watch today's stage of The Tour de France.

We were actually on the beach for only for about 20 minutes.

Not too many people on this beach - though of course wise people would have been under the trees at the top of the beach.

Jessica and John jumping the little waves.

John took his precious bag of Ladybird books onto the beach.

Will somebody tell us just what the salute means please!
I don't know why we didn't ask the 4 J's whilst we were there.

My girl, Jessica!

Later we found ourselves at the other end of this bay.
Having looked for a food stop in the town, we moved away and found a delightful place with this view.

There were toys for the children to play on.

Jessica, the actress, opted to portray moods for the camera.
I don't think she was really grumpy.

She couldn't hold the grumpy pose for very long.
The smile is coming.........

She is smiling!

Waiting for our food, enjoying the view.

I am sure Krabi is not so bad.

Maybe we will go again some time to explore the good bits.

The web sites show many good bits - pity Simon had to spoil it for us.
