We have been invaded.

Our little home is now inhabited by creatures!

The many cuddly TY toys have now been joined by many more cuddly toys - mostly of the Pokemon kind.

It might seem that Ecky is over indulged - but I guess not really. If she lived here and was with us at car boot sales every week, she might be limited to one item per week; but she lives in an area without car boot sales close at hand and no transport to get to any. So, the treats that might come her way sparingly are packed into a 2 week trip to Sussex.

Today she was browsing in a box of "softies" - Pokemon cuddly toys which were priced at 10p each. "How much for the box full?" she was prompted to ask. Then there were all the bigger ones and books as well.
It really all cost next to nothing.
Ashley bought them and a couple of games for her Nintendo DS - it seems that "everybody" has a Nintendo DS.

Ashley, Ecky and I went to both Pease Pottage and Sayers Common. Bill stayed at home and pottered.
Wise move Bill!
There was very little about for profit making today....or were my eyes switched off to my own needs in favour of Ecky's needs?

Bill took some photos during the morning.

Harry in his nest.
When he is not totally at ease indoors he prefers to go off and hide in his nest in the garden.
He always looks grumpy if we talk to him when he is there - we are not supposed to know about his secret hide out!

.
The poppies continue to flower and attract our eyes and also the hover flies.

This afternoon I fell asleep. It has been hard to stay awake, but I did cook a roast dinner this evening.

Tomorrow will have to serve as a rest day - we will be at the shop.
I will deal with customers , talk and do crosswords - but there will be no re-arranging or anything like that.
We know that Julie will not be with us- trouble with an infected wound on her leg.

Time for a quick cuppa and off to bed. Good night.
