1st March Part 3 John's water play with Jamie.
When Jamie and I got back from Naithon, Mam went with a friend to pick up Jessica from school.
Jamie got busy cleaning his motor bike and John naturally helped him.
This soon turned into a wonderful opportunity for water play and fun and learning about the properties of water - a science lesson really!

This wider view shows the view beyond the house gate. Across the road is the building that was planned to be the social centre of the village. There is a swimming pool which is still open, but not particularly well looked after. The cafe and community areas have never been developed. There have been some new people looking at the building and they plan to invest some money so that it can fulfil its potential.
The space between the house and the gate is under a pitched roof, giving shade from the sun and shelter from the rain.
John got wetter and wetter of course! Soon all his clothes came off.
