December Days
Sometimes I just can't find the hook on which to hang my blog posting.
Today is just such a time.
It is December after all.
Decembers are not like they once were. Dr Oliver made sure of that.
But just for a while a degree of seasonal depression creeps in.
I tend not to feel really happy in December.
I remind myself that it is not long until January.
So, what about today.
I have wrapped most of the things that will sell on EBay tomorrow afternoon.
These are small china and glass items that I chose to get rid of cheaply.
This afternoon we both went to Lidl. Maybe Bill should get a bit more fresh air - but along with his chesty infection, he is even more weighed down by December than I am.
He decided he didn't want to be at the post card club this evening.
Another thing we can re-start in January......"after Christmas".
He is planning to drive to Ford tomorrow morning. I hope he can do it. It wouldn't be half as much fun without him.
Today's birthday is Clarence Birdseye.
