Lazy Sunday.
Quiet Sunday.
Gentle early morning with tea and books in bed.
Breakfast was not eaten until gone 10 o'clock.
I didn't really want to go out at all today; but last night I discovered that I had used the last 3 potatoes....so, if we were to enjoy the proposed roast dinner, potatoes had to be bought.
We timed our trip to Asda to take advantage of the Sunday double reductions - yes, we have some bargains.
Parcels have been wrapped, ready for the post office tomorrow.
But generally this has been a lazy day - didn't quite get done all that I meant to.
Never mind.
Bill is feeling a bit run down - hints of a sore throat. Poor Bill. I hope he doesn't get a cold.
