Family at The Beach Bar. Near Cape Panwa. Phuket.

The Beach Bar is like a magnet to Jamie and Mam and the children.
It is a place to feel relaxed and to eat well at not a great cost.
I yearned to go back too.
I had been there in March 2007.
The Beach Bar closes during the low season - and that is when we normally make our visits. But, hooray! It opened on 1st October this year and we visited twice - more pictures on another day.

We went on a Saturday evening, after a relaxing day.
Here are lots of family pictures.

Lord of the Beach!
Proud of his life and his family and feeling good.

The small daughter of the Beach bar family rides boldly into the ocean.
Mother was there very soon after to pull her back!

Food, glorious food.

It was quite breezy and we sat under the thatched roof.
The next evening our table was out on the beach.

Jessica always eats well.
Takes after her grandmother!

The Big Buddha is on the right hand hill.

We were not out late.
It gets dark on average about half past six every day.
We are close to the Equator and day length varies little.

Jessica makes sand balls.

John plays football with a Beach Bar boy.
Shame I failed to have the ball in the picture!

The Beach Bar children had a few sparklers.
