2nd August Ekatarina at Godstone Farm

This is not an advert for Godstone Farm!
But we certainly came home with a very good feel for the place.
It was very good value and children of all ages had a very happy time - certainly Ekatarina did.

First she went to the craft area and created a feather collage.

Later she went back to make another picture - Ashley and Bill waited and played up for the camera.

There were some model animals that the children could pretend to milk - of course it was only water that came from the udders.

Ecky's favourite place was the guinea pig village - lots of lovely fluffy little animals running around the model buildings.

Children - and some adults (like me) could go in the pens with the rabbits and stroke them.
All the animals were friendly and enjoyed being played with.

A family of piglets that were born 3 weeks ago.

There were tractor rides - little tractors for children to play and a real farm tractor and trailer to take people for a drive round the farm.

We walked up to the adventure playground. It is the biggest in south east England. You could spend all day there and a child would not have played on everything.

But Ekatarina didn't get past the huge sandpit. There were lots of buckets and spades and trucks to play with.

We just liked this picture - the toys made a magic circle around Ekatarina at play.
