Tuesday at home and out.
I have been at home all day - and much of it at the computer.
At last I have described and listed some stuff for EBay. I began with just 6 items.
I'll do 6 more tomorrow.
This afternoon I have dealt with photographs.
The last Saturday in Thailand is now ready for printing or publishing.
But I also wanted to get the Welsh photos done.
Liz had asked that all were downloaded onto her computer because she wants to get some printed for her parents.
But we forgot to do it, so must send her a disc as soon as possible.
The Welsh Monks are continuing to make plans for a move.
Their own house is going up for sale in the next few days.
They want to return to the house they saw last Saturday to check the loft space.
Bill was out for a while this morning. He picked up his now repaired computer and called in at our chemist to pick up items that are on prescription.
Parking is a problem there.
But he would only be about 5 minutes.
Wrong! He was 6 or 7 minutes!
The traffic warden had already written the parking ticket.
Springfield Road has a system of permits for resident's parking - and of course we don't have one of those.
But there is a disabled badge in the car.
The badge is not for Bill, it is for me. But Mr Traffic Warden didn't know that.
Bill has sent off a protest - if you don't ask, then you don't get.
But it may have to be that those 2 minutes over the 5 minutes may have cost £35.
Bah!
This evening I watched the Professional MasterChef final.
I would never be able to cook like them - wouldn't be prepared to give it the time for a start.
But I would love to learn more about flavours.
We had a self cooked meal this evening - - well of course we most normally do.
This one had been in a Tuppereware container in the freezer for far too long. What was it? I didn't know - some sort of chicken stew maybe.
Wrong! It was a chicken and vegetable soup, which I bolstered up with some risotto rice and a couple of Polish salami type sausages that needed using.
It was tasty.
Now scroll down to see some of the results of my labours.
Firstly there are pictures to tell the story of our visit to South Stack last Thursday.
And then I go back in time to another Thailand episode.
Thailand will keep on coming for a while yet.
