4th October Tunbridge Wells Lunch at The Opera House.
When we were in Tunbridge Wells we enjoyed lunch at The Opera House, now a Wetherspoon's pub.
So good tasty food, reasonably priced in magnificent surroundings.

Click on this picture and it will enlarge and you can read the history of the building and about the stars who performed there.

This bar and the dining tables were on the old stage, with a fine balcony above.

This view is from the stage to the two circles.

We were surrounded by ornately decorated boxes and a huge chandelier hung down from the ceiling above us.
